Alpha 1 remains a working framework requiring a physical and mathematical specification. Describing a quantity as mappable does not itself identify how matter couples to it, what force follows, or how the complete system exchanges momentum.
The approved next step is a structured model record: variables and units, governing equations, boundary conditions, material response, energy source, predicted observable and comparison with conventional physics. Near-field thermal papers provide examples of defined interactions; they do not establish Alpha 1.
This is a design note about the evidence required to advance. It does not announce a new field, a validated drive or a successful experiment. A useful model must also specify an outcome that would count against it.
