The new deliverable
The first quantitative review package specifies a finite-range external field, finite-source geometry, a state-coupling parameter and force-versus-distance predictions. It also supplies a separate conventional optical benchmark.
The limit stays attached
This is a proposed operationalization, not a validated NetPhysics law. No microscopic state-coupling mechanism, measured Alpha 1 map or nonzero coupling has been established. Both the known-force and candidate-field descriptions include their external momentum partners.
Why a failed synthetic run is included
The illustrative data are generated from declared assumptions. The retained null example fails a residual-adequacy gate; reporting it as an exclusion would be misleading. The example shows why instrument and analysis failures must remain visible.
