Program roadmap / 90 days
A sequence of proofs.
Dates organize the work. Evidence decides when the program advances.
DAYS 01–15
Define the claim.
Appoint a qualified physics reviewer and metrology lead. Write the full model or formally record that Alpha 1 remains undefined. Choose one known-physics benchmark and one candidate prediction only if it is distinguishable.
DAYS 16–30
Design a decisive comparison.
Draft the system boundary, calibration plan, error budget, control matrix and acceptance rule. Obtain quotations for a self-contained in-house measurement setup. Separate instrument cost from candidate-device cost.
DAYS 31–60
Qualify the apparatus.
Build only after G1. Characterize known-force response, thermal drift, magnetic coupling, vibration and data synchronization. Preserve all runs and identify the usable operating envelope.
DAYS 61–90
Run, resolve, report.
Execute the preregistered candidate comparison only after G2. Otherwise finish qualification. Publish a scoped result or an honest status note, including the ordinary explanations still unresolved.
AFTER THE FIRST 90 DAYS
Replicate before scaling.
Arrange independent replication, then test geometry, power, environment and mass scaling. Select a product only when the measured capability meets a real requirement.
People before scale.
Founder / program sponsor: Christopher Hill. Required roles: field-theory reviewer, experimental physicist, force metrologist, mechanical and thermal engineer, data analyst. These are planned responsibilities, not named staff appointments.
A budget tied to gates.
Request quotes after the force range, environment and uncertainty target are defined. Track apparatus, fabrication, calibration, review, facilities and contingency separately. No price estimate is represented here as a supplier quotation.
Research basis: NASA, definitions.
